For affordable group music tuition in Lower Hutt

Welcome to Gallery Music Centre

19 January update – shortly students will be advised of their class timetables, drums have been advised.

Term 1 commences on 8 February.  Please note that payment of your fees is confirmation of your attendance with Gallery for 2020.

We have hired  a new Cello Teacher, Robert Dussler will be joining us – he joins us with a wealth of teaching experience.

As a precautionary measure and in line with advice from the Ministry of Education, we are asking all students who have travelled to China or any other affected country, or if they have been in contact with anyone from these countries, that they do not attend classes until the incubation period of 14 days is exceeded.

Most classes have been filled, we do have space in our Orchestra and Pre-instrumental classes – please contact if you are interested in joining either of those.

We operate waitlists for classes – please get in touch if you would like your child to be waitlisted for 2021 and beyond. Please note that waitlists for keyboard and guitar classes are significant.

There is a flat fee structure for all classes being introduced for the 2020 year – classes will cost $155 for the duration of the year.

We are most grateful  to our host school, Avalon Primary School and ask families as thank you to bring in packet biscuits to give to the staff for the use of their rooms.

Our teachers are highly qualified and dedicated professionals who strive to give your child the best music education at very low cost.  Classes are heavily subsidised by the Ministry of Education for Primary and Intermediate school aged students.

Our classes provide:
